Preparation for the Call

How will the call proceed?

You will receive a link to establish the call via SMS. Clicking on the link will open a browser and ask for permission to access the camera and microphone. Once you allow access, the call will be established.

During the call:

  • A video and audio connection is established
  • The administrator can switch your camera on the phone (front or back camera)
  • The administrator can capture images that are transmitted directly
  • The administrator can request GPS location to confirm presence at the location

To end the call, close the tab in the browser. Once the call is finished, the call administrator no longer has access to your camera, microphone, and location.

What phone do I need?

A smartphone and internet access are required to establish the call.

What browser do I need?

It is recommended to use the default browsers Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android). If you are using a different browser, check instructions for using the recommended browser.

How to enable location?

To confirm the location, the browser needs to be allowed access to GPS data. Some phones have this enabled, while others (like iPhone and some versions of Android) have it disabled by default. Check how to enable location services.
